Once the employee is hired and trained, CES is always available to provide on-going support to both the employee and you the employer. We check with you frequently to make sure the employee is still meeting your expectations. If needed, job coaches can return to provide additional training. This service is all no cost to you the employer. Our goal is each individual we support to be a quality long term employee.
